Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q. How much budget do I have to order merchandise and promotional items?

A. Each campus is allocated $200 per month to order from this site. If you do not use the $200, it will carry over to the following month, but must be used by the end of the calendar year in December. Budgets to not rollover to a new calendar year.

 

Q. Do I need a credit card, or need to set anything up to order?

A. No. A credit card is not required to place an order for merchandise for your campus. Your order can be submitted without payment. Your order will be sent to the marketing department to be approved. Once approved, the order will be invoiced directly to accounting on your behalf.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Please allow 2-3 weeks from order approval for delivery.

 

Q. What if I have a special order need that is not available on the Brand Mart or exceeds the allotted budget?

A. If you have a special need, please get prior approval from your Regional. From there, if approved, email the request to marketingrequests@ieccolleges.com and cc your Regional.

 

Q. What if I’d like to place a personal order using my personal credit card?

A. You may go ahead and order using your credit or debit card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo. However, please note some items may require a minimum quantity greater than one (1).  In this instance, you may want to combine your order with other colleagues. We hope to allow orders of single items very soon!

 

Q. What if I have suggestions for new or different items?

A. We welcome suggestions. Please send your ideas to Marketing at marketingrequests@ieccolleges.com. Our Marketing team will review the ideas a few times a year and consider your suggestions when adding or refreshing items on the SAGE Brand Mart.
